Giles Playlist and posters
Jul. 17th, 2015 09:58 amdracofidus.livejournal.comI really struggled with what to make for this years Summer of Giles, but I decided that because it is number ten I should make something a bit different.
So, I made a playlist focussed on Giles when he is lonst and alone, trying to find his place in the world - and then I made a poster for each song.
Now, I'm really sorry, but I struggle with formatting on LJ as it is and I completely failed at formatting a multi-media thing like this so HERE is a link to all of the posters on Tumblr - each has a youtube video of the song underneath it so you can experience both at the same time.
There is also an 8tracks playlist HERE if you just want to listen to the music.

I'd just like to say a word of thanks to the mods of this community. I came to this fandom with an obsession for Spike. I liked the charachter of Rupert Giles, but I've never really spent a lot of time with him. Signing up for this round of Summer of Giles has made me have a deeper look at him. I've enjoyed that look. I hope my contribution shows this. I hope it is a worthy tribute to a fine charachter in a well loved show, and the finer actor that played him.
