Giles Playlist and posters

I really struggled with what to make for this years Summer of Giles, but I decided that because it is number ten I should make something a bit different.

So, I made a playlist focussed on Giles when he is lonst and alone, trying to find his place in the world - and then I made a poster for each song.

Now, I'm really sorry, but I struggle with formatting on LJ as it is and I completely failed at formatting a multi-media thing like this so HERE is a link to all of the posters on Tumblr - each has a youtube video of the song underneath it so you can experience both at the same time.

Saw these on tumblr. This is a really cool idea and both the songs and the posters read very Giles-in-a-dark-place, although some of them do also read kind od David and/or Uther to me too. Call it a family resemblance. Well, all their worlds are dystopian in their way for that matter.

My favorites are Breaking Down and Sleeping At Last. The combo of his face on the poster and the melancholy of Sleeping at Last breaks my heart.
