Here we go, one last time...

Giles has the comfort of those who have gone before him.
The Council have always been dicks. Giles should know
Giles cannot escape the world that molded him except maybe through airplane scotch.
Buffy needs Giles’ help.
A vampire needs teaching not to mess with the unholy three of Giles, Spike, and Faith.
Buffy and Dawn learn a terrifying secret.
Giles sacrifices some dignity but who wouldn’t in the face of giant demon moths!
