This is such a lovely look into this act of care by Giles, and those early mornings in the cage we didn’t see enough of between them. I love the quiet rhythm of the sewing that you’ve managed to reflect in your writing.

I don't write this pairing very often, but I always find it wonderfully restful when I do put them together. :)

This was so lovely. Giles's care for Oz's shirts speaks to his devotion to the man. I loved all the small details that indicated that this was a glimpse into the far future rather than a reminiscence of high school days. I like thinking that both Giles and Oz were able to finally find peace and happiness.

Thank you so much, I'm chuffed to bits that you enjoyed it so much. I loved the idea that Giles care for Oz manifested in such a small but meaningful way. In this 'verse I feel they've been together for a really long time and knowing how fraught their lives are, for this self-contained couple devotion would manifest in small gestures rather than big overt emotions. :)
