Do YOU wanna have the Giles icon you've always dreamed of?

Now is your chance! For my SoG day (June 12th), I will take icon requests. So give me a screencap/picture (yes please!) or episode/scene with Giles in it, and give me as many specifics as you can think of (mood, coloring, text, textures, whatever), so I can make it look as close to how you want it to look as possible!

I reserve the right to stop taking requests when they reach a certain number, and when I don’t think I have what it takes to make your icon, I also reserve the right to refuse.

All requested icons will be posted on June 12th.

I can see if I can find some pics to use, but if you have some at home you want me to use, that's fine too.

I actually picked this date because I read some of your stories and liked them. I could maybe try my hand at a banner, if you have something written already? (I have never ever made banners, only icons, but if you'd like, I'd try.)

But I'll definitely make you an icon too. So, it's all up to you. :)

Heh. I would love a Giles icon with him in his big wizard hat from No Place Like Home. Season 5, ep. 5.

Or if that doesn't work for you, I'd love a stern-looking Giles icon. :D

Ummm...Dark-ish rather than bright or pastel colors. Other than that, I'll leave it up to you.

Also, this is a great idea. It sounds fun. I can't wait to see the end results.

I would love a good "facepalm" icon - y'know, for when I'm feeling really dumb about having made a mistake. There was a great Giles facepalm moment in What's My Line Part 1, but I haven't been able to find a screencap of it.

Could you maybe specify what scene it's in? I don't have the s2 dvd here at the moment, and searching screencaps goes way easier if I actually know the scene where it took place. Thanks!

Sorry about that! It was in scene 9, when Giles and the gang were in the library. He stood and paced a bit behind the table, and took off his glasses and rubbed his face a few times. For some reason, I found it more adorable than I could stand! LOL

I'd love a Ripper icon that uses the pic of him playing guitar from S2E8 "The Dark Age." That's probably a tough image to work with. Here is the only image I was able to find by Googling:

If you think it's workable, I'd love it to just have "Ripper" on it in some sort of dramatic black text.

AFAIK the face is ASH and the body is someone else. I don't remember where I read that, though.
