I think the vid lays out some of the reasons that Willow/Giles ship makes more sense to me than a Giles/Buffy one. While I think there have been paternal elements of his relationship to most of the Scoobies, these have been more overt with Buffy and in some ways with Willow he can be more partner than guide.
