It's odd how different language works for different people. "A blockage in my fifth chakra" was a mutual joke a friend of mine used to make, having been told it by some palmist ages back. Turns out, she was terrified to tell anyone she's gay. So much happier now, whether you call it communication or unblocking the chakra. Giles plays with that kind of language and role all the time. (And of course, we all do. Who died and made us the grown ups? Well... it was the previous grown ups, wasn't it?)
