 My last video today is on a somewhat more depressing vein. I was running some errands the other day and one of our radio stations had an 80's tribute. This song came on and I immediately thought of Rupert. It made me "Awww" and want to love him all better, but it also made me really think about how hard it must have been for him. The kids had each other and there was always a lot of snuggling and kissing going on around him, but he was by and large alone most of the time. And the women he did get either wanted something from him or couldn't deal with the real Rupert. (Or, in Joyce's case, only wanted him when she wasn't in her right mind.) He gave up everything and lived this empty life, all for the good of everyone else. Wow, I *really* want to snuggle that man!
