Yeah, that theme is lurking in a lot of the Buffy character arc, isn't it? When she doesn't just stop fighting against being the Slayer but actively embraces it, interesting things happen. The same for Giles, who among the Scoobies has the backstory most similar to Buffy's. And thank you!
