Earlier this month,[livejournal.com profile] oldwickedsongs  posted a wonderful fanmix called The Uncomfortable Enemy. With her permission, I created a front and back cover to the mix.

Enjoy!

OK, so the Giles/Olivia bits are in this part. =shakes fist at LJ's silly formatting=

Charms and Tidings, continued. Summary and notes are in part one.

Title: Charms and Tidings
Pairing: Giles/Olivia, implied Spike/Dru
Rated: R for depictions of violence, character death, language and flirty vampires.
Spoilers: Season Four, post Pangs with nothing past Restless hinted at.
Disclaimer: Not Mr. Whedon, nor am I in any way affiliated with him or Mutant Enemy. Their loss.
Summary: Strange luck comes from the counting of crows: Cannon inspired AU.
Author note: Super special thanks to [livejournal.com profile] tweedisgood  for polishing this up. You've been a fantastic beta, and I'm not sure how to thank you enough.

This started out as an amusing drabble about the naming of vampires, and grew into this faux ‘five things’ piece. Crow rhyme variation and the various names of a flock of crows and magpies come via Wikipedia and manic googling.
EDT:
The following isn't fluff, but I'd hesitate to call it angst. Angst lite? Or if I'm feeling clever, One-fic-for-sorrow?  Next time: impossible plot devices and HappyGiles.

Title: Moths & Rainwater

Author: Ersatz Fiction ([profile] duh_i_read )
Rating: R for violence.
Fandom: BtVS
Characters:Giles, Drusilla.
Spoilers: Vague ones for Becoming II.
Warning: Bracketed for spoilers [character death].
Disclaimer: Joss owns ‘em and I don’t. Sadface.
Summery: Drusilla seeks what was given to her years ago.
Author’s note: I wanted to write a longer fic about Dru wanting Giles and instead wrote a short poem about Dru still wanting Giles, just not the way I intended. I suspect it’s the way she intended all along. Written special for[livejournal.com profile] summer_of_giles
